Seven colors tea is a popular drink in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Tea lovers from different parts of the country and abroad flocked to the Nilakantha Tea Cabin in Sylhet to taste the seven colors of tea. Each layer of these seven colors of tea has a different taste and color, the taste of any layer is as sweet as sherbet and the taste of any layer is like bitter clove. In terms of color, these seven colors of tea have colorful colors like rainbow. Seven color teas is available in The Nilkantha Tea Cabin. This Nilakantha Tea Cabin is a famous tea shop, which is located in Srimangal upazila of Moulvibazar district in Sylhet division of Bangladesh. Ramesh Ram Gaur is the inventor of these seven colors of tea. Nilakantha Tea Cabin is the only place where these seven colors of tea are served. This tea shop has a variety of tea outlets. Seven Colors Tea has seven different colors and different tastes. To give seven different colors like rainbow, Ramesh Ram Gaur poured another layer of tea on top of one layer of tea. The top layer of these seven colors of tea is flavored with cinnamon. The other layer contains black tea with condensed milk. The lower layers contain sweet, green tea with cloves, cinnamon and secret spices. The bottom layer of these seven color teas has a lemon flavor. Most of the tourists drink seven colors of tea while visiting Srimangal. The Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina and her officials visited Srimangal and drink Ramesh Ram Gaur's famous seven color tea.

The largest tea garden in Asia, Surma. This tea garden is located in Madhabpur and Surma tea garden is the largest tea garden in Asia. This tea garden is located in Madhabpur upazila of Habiganj district in Sylhet division of Bangladesh. The area of Surma tea garden is four thousand acres. Every day 2200 workers are working regularly in this Surma tea garden. In 2013, the maximum tea production of this garden was 9 lakh kg. Surma Tea Garden has been producing tea since 1905 and has been producing tea till date. Until the independence of the country, tea was cultivated in only two districts in Bangladesh, One was in Sylhet district which was known as ‘Surma Valley’, and the other was in Chittagong district which was known as ‘Halda Valley’.

Famous as the capital of tea Sreemangal is a famous tourist city of Bangladesh. At present, out of 163 tea gardens in the country, there are 40 tea gardens in Sreemangal that is why Sreemangal is called the capital of tea. This Cha Konnya Memorial is located at the entrance of the tea capital Sreemangal at the foot of Satgaon Tea Garden at the end of Lachna in Satgaon Union of Sreemangal Upazila. This Cha Konnya Memorial will be seen on the way from Dhaka to Sreemangal by road. The sculpture was designed by Sanjit Roy, a senior art teacher at Chittagong Shilpakala Academy. The sculpture is made in the shape of a female tea girl and a tea tree. Its height is 24 feet and the basement below is 8 feet long and 8 feet wide. It took 1 month and 20 days to build. The work of making this Cha Konnya Memorial started in December 2009 and it was inaugurated in 2010. And in 2016 it was reformed. In homage to the tireless work of the tea workers, a beautifully decorated sculpture of a tea girl has been erected at the entrance of Sreemangal. The good-evil, joy-pain of all the tea workers of the country including Sreemangal seems to be in harmony in this sculpture. Thousands of domestic and foreign tourists flock here every day to see the beauty of this eye-catching sculpture. In front of this tea girl sculpture is a part of Satgaon tea garden.
